GLASSCOAT COVER is a heat insulating jacket being mountable and dismountable easily. Even if it is dismounted once by shifting or reconstructing pip-ing, GLASSCOAT COVER is reusable. It is the advanved type of heat insulating jacket. The moun-ting and dismounting of the unit is perperformed by a single procedure using special adhesive tape.
It contributes to the saving of traveling expenses on the occasion of plant construction at remote places.
The silicone-coating surface is chemical , water and heat resistant.
The cross section after mounting is color-adjusted using silver spray and capped with a stainless inner clip washer cover.
For the outdoor use, silicone caulking material is used.

L-CAP is exclusively used for GLASSCOAT COVER
as an elbow cover. The mounting procedure is simple, i. e. an elbow part of the piping is wrapped in the insulator by using wire, up to the uninsulated thick-ness of the straight pipe, then covered L-CAP fixing with adhesive tape (If it is dismounted, it's reusable at another place.)
